I read a book that helped me learn how to fight Inflammation. The book is “How Not To Die” by Micheal Greger. Micheal Greger is a well-known plant-based research doctor. It had precise data from experiments on the foods we eat.
The book “How Not To Die” By Micheal Greger included experiments that showed data on how healthy foods affect our bodies. The book also highlighted how they could fight Inflammation. The book helped me understand that I didn’t know what eating healthy was or how a healthy meal should look.

How To Avoid Inflammation In The Body
The first way to avoid Inflammation is to reduce processed foods. The ingredients often sound complex. It is impossible to keep up with them. You want to ensure you eat foods as close to their natural form as possible. It is best to make things from fresh ingredients at home.
To reduce Inflammation, most professionals recommend an anti-inflammatory diet. Fried foods can also irritate the body further.
A good example is french fries. I have yet to meet one person who doesn’t eat French fries. It’s everyone’s favorite fast food snack. The other foods that cause Inflammation are margarine, lard, and butter. In these cases, it is best to cook with olive oil.
Red meats also cause Inflammation. Red meat is another tempting food that is hard to overlook. Most people love a good burger or steak. Finally, soda and sugar-sweetened tea can cause Inflammation.
Sweet tea reminds me of living in the South. Here we drink sweet tea and lots of it. It’s almost unheard of for a restaurant not to offer sweet tea in the southern United States.
